Good Ground For Every Season
At Good Ground, we believe safe, stable housing is the good ground from which people can build a life of dignity and hope, no matter the season of life they are in.
Our shared living homes across South Florida offer an affordable place to live with the comforts of home and a built-in community, while preserving each resident's independence.
We know life changes. A new season may bring retirement, a change in income, a disability, a transition from another living situation, or simply the realization that living alone no longer makes financial or practical sense. Whatever brings someone to Good Ground, we believe everyone deserves a place where they can feel settled and secure while continuing to live life on their own terms.
What We Offer
Furnished bedrooms: Choose a private room or a lower-cost shared room, furnished and ready for move-in.
All-inclusive living: One predictable monthly payment, with utilities and Wi-Fi included.
Welcoming shared spaces: A fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable living room to share with housemates.
Laundry on site: A washer and dryer in the home for residents to use.
Good Ground is independent shared housing. Residents are welcome to arrange their own outside care services, personal care, or meals.

No case manager or agency is needed. Complete a short pre-screening to join our interest list, and when our first home is ready, we will reach out about next steps.
Joining the interest list does not reserve a room. Placement depends on fit and availability.
